By accessing or using AdvoStack (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Trinitek Holdings, Inc. (“AdvoStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
AdvoStack is a subscription-based legislative intelligence platform designed for advocacy professionals — lobbyists, government relations firms, trade associations, and corporate public-affairs departments. The Service provides access to Florida legislative tracking, regulatory rulemaking monitoring, budget intelligence, committee activity, hearing schedules, and related information to support professional advocacy work.
The Service is intended for use by adults and business entities engaged in lawful advocacy and government relations activity. AdvoStack is not a news service and does not constitute legal advice.
Access to AdvoStack requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except within the first seven (7) days following your initial subscription purchase (“refund window”). After the refund window closes, all charges are final. We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon at least 30 days' advance notice; price changes will not affect your current billing period.
If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is resolved. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
You agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use provisions, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
AdvoStack and its underlying platform, software, design, and compiled data sets are the intellectual property of Trinitek Holdings, Inc., protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of all client data, folders, notes, and work product that you create within the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We treat your folder data — including which bills you track, the positions you assign, and the clients you associate with legislative matters — as confidential. We do not share your folder data with other subscribers, third parties, or any government entity, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our staff may access Customer Data only to the extent necessary to provide technical support or to comply with legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdvoStack's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
In no event shall AdvoStack be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service relies on third-party data sources including Florida Legislature systems and government agency feeds. We make no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of legislative or regulatory information obtained through the Service, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on that information.
Either party may terminate the subscription upon at least 30 days' written notice. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting us at support@advostack.ai. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period. You may request an export of your Customer Data for up to 30 days following termination; after that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
